The twins Dum and Dee are a pair of conjoined twins. They share a liver, a pancreas, a stomach, a set of intestines, a pair of kidneys, two lungs each, two sets of genitalia and two hearts. However, they have separate heads. And, as they have separate heads, they look different from one another. In the film, they both have long hair and wear similar clothes.
